Solutions Engineer

• Participate in client discovery calls alongside Account Managers and Sales teams to gather technical requirements and understand business objectives.
• Translate discovery findings into structured technical solution outlines and implementation plans.
• Ask clarifying questions to identify scope boundaries, technical dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Develop labor estimates and project effort models using internal estimation frameworks.
• Draft statements of work (SOWs), pricing inputs, and technical solution summaries.
• Identify third-party vendor requirements and coordinate vendor outreach for pricing and feasibility.
• Validate solution assumptions with internal engineering and project delivery teams.
• Maintain standardized scoping templates, pricing assumptions, and documentation libraries.
• Support architects in scoping complex or multi-system projects.
• Assist with change orders by evaluating scope changes and recalculating required effort.
• Identify required third-party vendors, software licensing, or hardware procurement needed to support proposed solutions.
