About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an escalated layer of Interlaced's support team
- Interact and coordinate efforts between department leaders
- Ensure escalated tickets have a resolution plan
- Review complex service tickets for proactive solutions
- Take reactive tickets to resolution
- Manage internal/client systems improvements
- Provide root cause analysis for service tickets
- Complete assigned training and provide training to new employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of common business technologies
- Experience working in diverse technical environments
- Experience with various cloud infrastructure components
- Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
- Personable and ability to interact with each level of the client's business
- Simplify complex technical solutions for end users
- Minimum of 5+ years working in IT with a focus on help desk and customer support
