About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an escalated layer of Interlaced's support team
  • Interact and coordinate efforts between department leaders
  • Ensure escalated tickets have a resolution plan
  • Review complex service tickets for proactive solutions
  • Take reactive tickets to resolution
  • Manage internal/client systems improvements
  • Provide root cause analysis for service tickets
  • Complete assigned training and provide training to new employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of common business technologies
  • Experience working in diverse technical environments
  • Experience with various cloud infrastructure components
  • Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
  • Personable and ability to interact with each level of the client's business
  • Simplify complex technical solutions for end users
  • Minimum of 5+ years working in IT with a focus on help desk and customer support
