• Call on enterprise business/commercial markets, including verticals in QSR, Retail, and Hospitality—documented sales success and existing contacts in these markets are a plus
• A true “hunter”, able to prospect for new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, working in conjunction with our BDR team, solution providers and market interaction
• Tell the Interface “story” and be a credible market expert that prospects look to for guidance throughout the sales process
• Must be able to develop solution recommendations based on on-site visits, blueprints, and customer needs
• Negotiate effectively with Customers
• Follow the Interface Sales Process
• Utilize technology platforms provided to the Sales Team as outlined by the VP of Sales to manage pipeline and sales activities using the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)

National Account Executive – Security Experience Required

Designer

• Engineer systems ranging from sprinkler monitoring to multi-panel mass notification systems spanning corporate or campus environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and sales teams—evaluating products, interpreting bid specifications, and recommending “good/better/best” design options.
• Apply NFPA, IBC, IFC, and NICET standards to guarantee systems meet the highest safety and regulatory requirements.
• Define system infrastructure including networking, cabling, conduit, terminations, and distributed equipment.
• Identify technical risks, optimize for cost and reliability, and ensure designs balance performance with efficiency.
• Prepare permit-ready drawings, bill of materials, installation procedures, and customer training documents.
• Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align on scope, resource estimates, and installation readiness.
• Evaluate emerging fire/life safety technologies and contribute insights to the Product team for continuous improvement.

Fire System Designer

• Ability to lead and manage practical and highly effective technical communication cycles; both verbal and written
• Effectively engages with a diverse internal and external audience
• Execute and/or guide logical security fault isolation practices with clients
• Build and maintain enterprise-level client relationships
• Maintain contractual Service Level Agreements and conduct root cause analysis
• Recognize, identify, and prioritize support incidents
• Work with level 1 in the event an incident is escalated
• Act as a second point of contact for Customer and Field Engineer channels

Customer Support Level 2 – Security Systems Exp. Required

• Develop and execute structured test plans for new hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
• Manage pilot programs and coordinate lab testing, field testing, and iSOC validation.
• Capture and analyze test results to recommend design changes, improvements, or go/no-go decisions.
• Serve as the point of accountability for final product validation prior to general availability.
• Document approved product designs, system architectures, and SKUs for inclusion in the product catalog.
• Maintain an accurate bill of materials (BOM) and ensure SKUs align with sales, operations, and finance requirements.
• Create and update configuration guides, quick start sheets, and reference architecture documents.
• Document and maintain installation playbooks, wiring standards, programming guidelines, and configuration best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, iSOC, and Installation Success teams to capture lessons learned and translate them into updated documentation.
• Ensure all processes are repeatable, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Partner with Engineering on product design improvements based on test findings.
• Support Sales Enablement with documentation to enhance customer confidence.
• Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to ensure new products are supported at scale.
• Act as subject matter expert for product testing, deployment readiness, and configuration standards.

Data Engineer

• Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain efficient, secure, and reliable ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics and Apache Spark.
• Data Modeling and Warehousing: Develop and optimize data models (e.g., star schemas, snowflake schemas) for data warehousing and analytics, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability within Azure Synapse analytics.
• Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance frameworks, including data quality, lineage, and cataloging, using Azure Purview or similar tools. Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Dev Ops: Take ownership of existing Azure Dev Ops pipelines , source code repositories and branching strategies and produce new artefacts when required . Be responsible for managing all Azure EDW resources using infrastructure as code tooling .
• Performance Tuning : Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake , Spark jobs and on-premise SQL Servers including query optimization, partitioning, and indexing strategies.
• Integration and Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, report and application developers) to integrate Azure data solutions with other systems, including APIs, third-party tools, and business applications. Provide guidance and mentorship for other less experienced team members.
• Innovation and Strategy : Stay abreast of emerging Azure data technologies, Apache Spark advancements, and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the data platform.
