Security Engineer

• Ability to lead and manage practical and highly effective technical communication cycles; both verbal and written.
• Effectively engages with a diverse internal and external audience.
• Execute and/or guide logical security fault isolation practices with clients, which may involve engagement with 3rd Party Service Providers and/or Work Order Requests for Field Technician Support.
• Build and maintain enterprise-level client relationships to instill confidence in our product and life cycle management.
• Maintain contractual Service Level Agreements and on occasion conduct a root cause analysis around outliers to assist in instilling preventative measures with management.
• Determine the validity of the escalation. If valid, take ownership of the incident and resolve. If the escalation is not valid, partner with our level 1 partner to determine the coaching/training needs of the level 1 agent.
• Act as a second point of contact for Customer and Field Engineer channels for Interactive Video/Audio, Intrusion, CCTV, and Intercom lines of business.
• Manage or assist on assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.

Security Systems Technical Support

• Drive the development and optimization of documentation and training
• Maintain Service Guides and knowledge base content
• Develop structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge gaps
• Ensure alignment of technical materials with field execution

Security Systems Knowledge, Technical Enablement

• Implementation of account strategy/planning
• Revenue forecasting
• Complex problem-solving to drive customer retention and growth
• Leveraging of company’s CRM platform
• Representing the customer Success team in Regular team meetings and customer facing meetings
• Delivery of quarterly business reviews to assigned accounts
• Monitor customer relationships
• Generate and close new “whitespace” opportunities within the account base
• Secure existing customer business through contract renewals
• Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by management

Account Manager – Security Exp. Preferred

• Drive new business development by prospecting and selling Virtual Perimeter Guard to commercial businesses.
• Execute a high-volume, high-activity sales process including outbound calls, field visits, and product demonstrations.
• Build rapport and win new customer opportunities quickly.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and articulate clear business cases for adopting Interface’s Virtual Perimeter Guard solution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns.
• Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline health, activity levels, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Security Account Executive – Perimeter Guard Sales

Payroll

• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and payroll reporting
• Review timecards and payroll data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with processing manual checks related to terminations, adjustments, or corrections
• Support payroll inputs including bonuses, commissions, and other variable compensation
• Assist with calculating final pay and payroll adjustments in accordance with company policy
• Respond to employee and manager payroll questions and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in alignment with internal controls
• Support day-to-day benefits administration activities, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Run and maintain routine benefits reports related to enrollments, eligibility, deductions, etc.
• Assist with maintaining state payroll tax accounts and supporting state tax filings
• Help ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Assist employees with employment and income verification requests
