About the role
- Build and lead Fin’s analyst relations program to position Fin as the leader in AI Agents
- Educate analysts on how Fin is transforming customer experience using real-world examples and technical depth
- Develop and execute analyst relations strategy focused on AI-first conversations and important reports
- Lead Fin’s participation in key analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves)
- Cultivate deep, ongoing relationships with top-tier analysts and become their trusted source for AI expertise
- Partner with Executives and teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to develop submissions, demos, and narratives
- Translate analyst feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable inputs for product roadmap and GTM strategy
- Track and report on analyst footprint, report placements, mentions, analyst sentiment, and influence on pipeline
- Serve as the founding member of Intercom’s Analyst Relations program for Fin, shaping market narratives and enterprise strategy
Requirements
- Deep curiosity of AI, machine learning, and their application in customer experience
- 8+ years in AR or related roles (product marketing, communications, strategy)
- Understanding of enterprise software business models, customer experience workflows, and market dynamics
- Exceptional ability to craft narratives and explain technical concepts to senior, non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with and influencing analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or equivalent firms
- Proven track record in analyst evaluations and category shaping
- Skilled at independently managing complex programs, submissions, and cross-functional collaboration under tight deadlines
- Ability to educate analysts with technical depth and visionary perspective
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required
- (Bonus) Experience building or scaling a new function from the ground up
- (Bonus) Background in AI, conversational AI, or customer experience technology
- (Bonus) Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, platforms, or emerging research
