About the role

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target large, enterprise clients who are ideal matches for Intellibright’s services and high-growth approach.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships, positioning Intellibright as a trusted marketing partner focused on maximizing ROI and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to convert qualified leads into clients, coordinating with our leadership and marketing teams to align with client needs.
  • Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges, positioning Intellibright’s services as tailored solutions that meet unique business goals.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to keep Intellibright’s value proposition strong and relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally within the digital marketing or advertising industry. Experience with enterprise clients or accounts exceeding $500K in annual revenue is preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and client onboarding. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services such as Paid Ads Management (Google, Bing, Social Media), SEO, Website Development, and Digital Strategy. Ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into client-friendly language.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Track record of building long-term client relationships, with a client-first attitude that ensures customer satisfaction and retention. Skilled at identifying client needs and developing custom solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track KPIs and conversion metrics. Ability to derive insights from data to inform sales strategies and client pitches.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Expertise in contract negotiation and objection handling to secure profitable agreements while managing client expectations effectively.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about client needs, market trends, and growth opportunities, contributing to long-term business development and expansion.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying potential obstacles and implementing solutions proactively to overcome them, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-Motivation & Drive: High level of motivation with a proactive approach to business development and a commitment to achieving personal and team goals.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
