• Develop and execute talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with organizational priorities
• Lead workforce planning processes to identify current and future talent needs across the organization
• Oversee talent acquisition programs and external recruiting partnerships to ensure effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of talent
• Design and implement employee retention strategies informed by workforce data, market trends, and employee feedback
• Direct culture and engagement initiatives that reinforce organizational values, strengthen employee connection, and foster a positive employee experience
• Develop and manage learning and development programs that build organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and employee growth
• Establish and enhance performance management programs that support accountability, continuous feedback, and employee development
• Lead organizational development initiatives that improve workforce effectiveness, support change efforts, and strengthen performance
• Utilize talent analytics, workforce data, and employee insights to inform decision-making and evaluate program effectiveness
• Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles throughout talent management, learning, performance, and culture initiatives
• Partner with organizational leaders to align talent and culture programs with business strategies and operational objectives
• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure talent systems, technologies, and data support functional and organizational needs
• Manage departmental resources, priorities, and operations to ensure the effective delivery of talent and culture programs and services
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Promote the effective use of technology and AI-enabled solutions to enhance talent and culture programs and processes

Director of Talent – Culture

• Design, manage, and evolve HR operations infrastructure across compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance
• Develop compensation structures that align with enterprise pay philosophy
• Manage benefits vendor relationships and compliance requirements
• Own HRIS administration and workforce data to support organizational decision-making
• Evaluate HR technology and reporting systems for operational analytics
• Oversee facilities operations including office footprint transition and vendor relations
• Lead and develop HR operations team members

Program Manager

• Manage day-to-day execution of campaign plans from strategy brief through launch and reporting
• Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and agency partners to develop and deliver all campaign assets
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure campaigns stay on track
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with adjustments or optimization based on early results
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints
• Assist with the collection and organization of campaign metrics and audience feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the review of campaign assets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established brand standards
• Gather, organize, and maintain campaign-related content, assets, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Assist with campaign launch activities, ensuring required materials, resources, and communications are prepared and distributed
• Support the Director of Brand and Communications in implementing integrated marketing initiatives
• Maintain awareness of brand standards, audience needs, and industry trends to support campaign effectiveness
