About the role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with the field sales team
- Provide proactive back-office support to the Sales and FAE teams for specific assigned accounts
- Work directly with end customers on orders, IP/Tools licensing, and design related inquiries
- Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors
- Coordinate sample requests and new product introduction (NPI) support
- Work with customers and distributors to collect, enter, and analyze demand signals
- Maintain accurate design registration for DDC and opportunity data in the CRM system
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Management, Business Operations, and Legal on contract/special agreement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related working experience
- People skills (teamwork, conciseness, working independently) and good business acumen
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment either independently or in a team
- Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience
- Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage
