About the role
- Lead Integer’s site Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Reporting program to meet compliance, customer, and company requirements
- Develop and manage procedures and systems for collection of internal ESG metrics from corporate departments, Integer sites, and electronic solutions
- Prepare ESG reports that align with expectations and present updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support Sr. Director, D&I and ESG in executing ESG strategy including ESG data collection and reporting
- Lead collection of environmental data in collaboration with Sr. Manager, Environmental and Sustainability Programs
- Establish and coordinate actionable plans to comply with ESG regulatory reporting standards and frameworks (EU ESRS & CSRD, GRI, TCFD, IFRS)
- Define company ESG data requirements, roles and responsibilities, and systems of checks to ensure robustness and accuracy
- Manage implementation and sustainment of ESG reporting software and drive data collection with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead development and execution of internal and external sustainability reports (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis) and manage ESG-related updates on Integer.net
- Develop and deliver internal training, conduct monitoring and benchmarking, and create annual continuous improvement plans
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or sciences, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of accumulated ESG, sustainability, environmental, EHS, and/or operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years in a managerial or project manager capacity
- Demonstrated skills to influence without authority
- Strategic thinking, problem solving, and solution development skills
- Ability to collaborate with Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, HR, Supply Chain and site leadership
- Impressive written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of ESG regulatory reporting standards and frameworks (EU ESRS & CSRD, GRI, TCFD, IFRS)
- Experience with ESG reporting software and driving data collection
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, and FDA regulations
- Ability to develop and deliver internal training and continuous improvement plans
