Brand Designer

• Develop creative that drives measurable business impact - from engagement and conversion to brand awareness - while evolving Instrumentl’s visual brand identity across all marketing channels (web, social, content, events, email).
• Design marketing assets, including landing pages, ad campaigns, sales and event collateral, and more.
• Partner directly with Marketing, Product, and Design leadership to shape campaign strategy, liaise with external agencies, and create brand moments that support company goals.
• Lead creative concepting and storytelling to elevate brand perception and engagement.
• Translate marketing strategies and product launches into visually compelling creative concepts.
• Source, brief, and direct freelancers and specialist creative vendors (illustrators, motion designers, photographers, etc.) to deliver creatively aligned, high-quality work.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems for marketing use.

Senior Brand Designer

Product Designer

• This role blends product design and growth-driven experimentation. You’ll design across the full user journey — from high-converting landing pages to onboarding flows to core product features that help nonprofits succeed.
• Most weeks involve a mix of product improvements and targeted growth initiatives. You’ll help translate data, user insights, and hypotheses into designs that drive clear outcomes.
• You’ll report to Hope (Lead Product Designer) and work closely with Growth and Product.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to drive consistent execution and strong performance
• Build, refine, and maintain clear outbound and inbound qualification processes that generate reliable meetings and high high-quality pipeline
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure alignment between SDR output and revenue targets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Recruiting, and Enablement to enhance lead quality, tooling, workflows, and messaging
• Report on performance against quota and analyze leading indicators to identify improvements across the entire funnel
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new SDRs as we scale
• Create training programs, ramp plans, and ongoing development frameworks that accelerate SDR proficiency and career growth
• Drive adoption of systems, CRM processes, and sales technology to improve efficiency and data quality

Manager, Sales Development

• Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl
• Partner with our Account Executives to prospecting into targeted account lists
• Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team
• Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close
• Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations, so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone
• Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and/or working on experiments that we think have the potential to be a force multiplier

Outbound Sales Development Representative

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, balancing hands-on technical work with coaching and execution.
• Drive technical planning and team execution, from early discovery to final delivery.
• Partner on AI-backed product features, bringing practical experience in integrating models or AI services into production systems.
• Work side by side with Product and Design teams, connecting technical feasibility to customer outcomes.
• Transform product development by applying cutting-edge AI tools, driving impact in both what we build and how we build it.
