About the role
- Drive the Sales Tool strategy and roadmap that empowers Account teams (Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad, etc.).
- Dive deeply into sales processes and own documentation to align outcomes, processes and tool enablement.
- Work with technical teams to drive governance and prioritization of sales tools improvements.
- Provide day-to-day support to frontline sellers across major tools.
- Manage processes and systems that drive consistent growth and execution for Retail Partnerships.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (account teams, Strategy & Planning, Legal, Finance, technical partners) to enable operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years building, developing, and running sales processes/operations in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience managing opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and sales cadence rhythms.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to bridge strategy, business process, and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to frame issues, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.
- Flexible and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong collaborator across Sales Leadership, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience in a technology sales environment.
- Preferred: Demonstrated ability to put yourself in the account team’s shoes to design practical solutions.
- Preferred: Background leading large cross-functional tool/technology projects.
