About the role
- Build and execute end-to-end sales operations processes, business rhythm reporting, and ad-hoc analysis to support Retail Partnerships.
- Maintain scalability, drive automation, and ensure accuracy of operational processes.
- Project manage the rhythm of the business reporting cadence through MBRs, QBRs, etc.
- Support leadership reporting by ensuring consistent process adoption and high data integrity.
- Drive user adoption of tools and systems to create a source of truth in the CRM and ensure data hygiene among sales users.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability in core sales processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, with demonstrated project management experience and a track record of leveraging data for business impact.
- Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities with urgency.
- Interest in contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth environment and willingness to step in wherever needed.
- (Preferred) Exposure to and understanding of the retail industry.
- (Preferred) Experience working closely with a distributed sales team.
- (Preferred) Salesforce Admin certification.
- (Preferred) Experience with Tableau.
