About the role
- Take ownership of Instabee's Box Network combining locker hardware and related software
- Develop the long-term vision for the network and set clear priorities
- Ensure delivery of business value for consumers, merchants, and partners
- Continuously identify, size, and prioritize new business opportunities
- Scope and prioritize initiatives and guide tech teams toward high-impact solutions
- Act as both strategist and builder, balancing data-driven insights with business intuition
- Advocate for resources and make the case for high-value initiatives
- Drive discovery, initiate cross-functional projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across markets, operations, logistics, and business leadership
- Set direction for the Box development team and guide tech choices with business impact in mind
Requirements
- Relationship builder and strategist with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior leaders
- Able to break down complex data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; able to build and communicate business cases
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders and tech teams
- Ability to simplify complexity, focus on critical decisions, and act with conviction
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
