• Track and reconcile plantroom operational costs (e.g. energy, maintenance, repairs).
• Produce monthly profit & loss statements and balance sheets for each scheme.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Ensure all ESCo cashbooks are up-to-date.
• Ensure all relevant invoices, costs, and data are logged accurately against the correct scheme.
• Develop dashboards or spreadsheet models for contract tracking and internal reporting.
• Prepare clear, client-facing financial reports.
• Present monthly or quarterly financial reports to clients (virtually or in person).
• Confidently communicate financial findings, concerns, or risks to the ESCo Board, including supporting data and clear recommendations.
• Provide clients with VAT Reports.
• Support client budgeting and forecasting through proposed tariffs.
• Model the financial impact of proposed maintenance activities or capital improvements.
• Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategy for ESCo contracts.
• Calculate and track KPIs (e.g. Scheme Surplus / Heat Network Efficiency / Meter Health).
• Monitor contract-level financial performance and highlight underperforming areas.
• Identify trends or inefficiencies that could drive cost savings or revenue opportunities.
• Benchmark performance across sites and provide insights to improve service delivery or pricing structures.
• Liaise with service providers to confirm costed works and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to capture maintenance data for reporting.
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive works are reflected in cost reporting.
• Monitor service level agreement (SLA) compliance across contracts and contribute to performance metrics.
• Work with operational staff to improve cost control and financial visibility of day-to-day services.
• Assist with the onboarding of new sites or contracts from a financial perspective.
• Coordinate client invoicing and ensure accurate billing for utility recharges, services, and maintenance works.
• Support client queries related to costs, billing, or site performance. (B2B)
• Assist in producing documentation for client reviews, audits, or contract renewals.
• Support contract reviews by providing insights into site-level financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and procurement procedures.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and service delivery teams.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Operations Management Accountant

Project Manager

• Responsible for the successful delivery of retrofit, refurbishment and new-build metering installation projects.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from scope development and design coordination through to delivery, commissioning, client sign-off and contract compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure every project is delivered safely, technically correctly and commercially viable.
• Drive planning, scheduling and on-site execution, coordinate surveys, technical reviews, procurement and commissioning.
• Maintain rigorous documentation throughout.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, uphold safety and CDM standards, manage project risks.
• Ensure accurate handover documentation aligned with Insite’s governance requirements.
• Structured development in project and on-site construction management over a 6–12-month period.

Installations Project Manager

Billing Specialist

• Managing, coaching, and supporting your team, from performance and quality to recruitment, training, and development.
• Ensuring accurate and timely billing for all residents every month.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for complex billing issues from clients, colleagues, and residents.
• Leading billing-related projects, including a new ticketing system and a CRM & billing system migration.
• Analysing billing performance data, producing reports, and presenting insights at monthly meetings.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and cut costs.
• Maintaining up-to-date billing processes and documentation to support consistency and compliance.
• Handling senior-level resident queries with empathy and a focus on first-time resolution.

Senior Billing Analyst

Engineer

• Deploy Insite IT and PAYG smart metering systems on new build and residential sites.
• Configure and maintain AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) systems including dataloggers, gateways, routers, repeaters, and IP power devices.
• Retrofit and rewire existing Credit & PrePayment systems for optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with smart metering and RF networks.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and respond to callouts.
• Work closely with third parties, including ISPs, BT, and cloud service providers, to ensure smooth system operation.
• Provide expert technical advice to internal teams and clients.
• Deliver hands-on training to ensure confident, compliant system use and upkeep.

Installation and Commissioning Engineer

Field Engineer

• Support the installation, maintenance, and effective operation of heat network equipment
• Installation and commissioning of Insite prepayment & controlled credit systems
• Using a laptop and tablet device to commission metering equipment, update records and systems
• Problem solving and fault-finding issues on site and liaising with other trades and the main contractor
• Liaise with & report to site staff (clients, principal contractors, consultants & heating/plumbing sub-contractors)
• Heat Interface Unit (HIU) replacement, maintenance, and servicing (mainly in occupied homes)
• Installation and maintenance of in property heating and cooling controls
• Conduct site surveys and assist the Installations Team with the installation and commissioning of new systems
• Provide both pre-planned and reactive maintenance to plantrooms
