Internal Product Owner
Insite EnergyInternal Product Owner handling BigChange platform and O&M systems for Insite Energy. Driving operational improvements and collaborating with internal clients to optimize system usage.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of BigChange platform and wider Operations & Maintenance systems.
- Drive configuration, optimisation, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Work independently, partnering with internal clients to understand their needs.
- Shape the BigChange App and other tools to deliver practical, reliable, data-driven outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading BigChange implementation and optimisation.
- Strong systems mindset with a focus on usability and practicality.
- Highly analytical with excellent data interrogation skills.
- Advanced Power BI capability.
- Naturally curious: able to spot patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Structured, logical problem-solver.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms in operational environments.
- Ability to think end-to-end across integrated systems.
