About the role
- Based out of Nashville office covering Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and Birmingham markets
- Responsible for driving new business and growing key accounts with the best private fleets and third-party logistics companies
- Sell staffing services to private fleets and third-party logistics companies
- Travel up to 40% (overnight, out of state; up to 20+ weeks per year)
- Build and manage client relationships and key accounts
- Work in a fast-paced, growing staffing firm environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated record of success and overachievement
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company and able to adapt to change quickly
- Self-starter who takes initiative and proactively looks for and suggests improvements
- Great listening, negotiating, and problem-solving skills with a dose of humility
- Enjoy selling and find personal satisfaction and joy in closing business
- Willing to travel up to 40% of the time / overnight, out of state / can travel up to 20+ weeks per year
- 3+ years of verifiable account management and new business development experience
- Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 5 years of sales management experience in a service industry
