About the role
- Develop and document clear sales and customer service workflows, scripts, and playbooks
- Create training manuals and structured onboarding programs for both sales reps and leaders
- Standardize processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and client experience
- Deliver regular training sessions on sales skills, customer service, and leadership
- Provide ongoing coaching to sales reps and managers, focusing on motivation and team culture
- Build leadership development programs for managers promoted from within
- Ensure that sales training and leadership coaching reflect company values of empathy, respect, and inclusion
- Help implement DEI initiatives into day-to-day practices and client interactions
- Support HR in driving a healthy and motivating workplace culture
- Monitor sales KPIs, training effectiveness, and team engagement
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions
- Provide insights to HR and Sales leadership for decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or leadership development
- Strong knowledge of consultative sales and customer experience principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Empathetic and motivating approach with passion for people development
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Preferred: Experience in a leadership role, or demonstrated ability to coach and train leaders
- Preferred: Background in healthcare or professional services sales
