About the role

  • Develop and document clear sales and customer service workflows, scripts, and playbooks
  • Create training manuals and structured onboarding programs for both sales reps and leaders
  • Standardize processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and client experience
  • Deliver regular training sessions on sales skills, customer service, and leadership
  • Provide ongoing coaching to sales reps and managers, focusing on motivation and team culture
  • Build leadership development programs for managers promoted from within
  • Ensure that sales training and leadership coaching reflect company values of empathy, respect, and inclusion
  • Help implement DEI initiatives into day-to-day practices and client interactions
  • Support HR in driving a healthy and motivating workplace culture
  • Monitor sales KPIs, training effectiveness, and team engagement
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Provide insights to HR and Sales leadership for decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or leadership development
  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales and customer experience principles
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
  • Empathetic and motivating approach with passion for people development
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Preferred: Experience in a leadership role, or demonstrated ability to coach and train leaders
  • Preferred: Background in healthcare or professional services sales
