Serve as primary manager of social media channels with focus on Instagram and YouTube: create, edit, and post high-quality content.
Create and schedule 3 Reels/Posts per week and 5 days of Stories; write engaging captions with provided SEO keywords and CTAs.
Edit Reels and perform basic YouTube video editing (add simple graphics/transitions); repurpose existing content for Pinterest and YouTube.
Implement ManyChat into posts and stories; set up automations and lead magnets to drive leads and email signups.
Apply SEO best practices to YouTube titles, descriptions, tags; refresh YouTube captions with active links.
Use Notion (or similar) to organize content pipelines and feedback loops; document workflows and SOPs with written and Loom video guides.
Schedule approved content in Planoly across Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest; plan content 1–2 months ahead.
Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing Google Drive files and light email management.
Track and analyze social media performance; provide data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve ROI.
Collaborate on brand direction, content pillars, and SEO-driven strategy; take ownership of execution, consistency, and organization.
Requirements
C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED; the selected candidate will be speaking strictly in English during their whole shift; submit resume and audio recording in English.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Proficiency in basic video editing (Reels and YouTube edits, simple graphics/transitions).
Canva: creation, editing, and internal organization of templates.
ManyChat chatbot management and implementation for Instagram posts, stories, and lead magnets.
Familiarity with Notion (or similar project management tools) and Google Drive organization.
Comfort with Planoly scheduling platform (or willing to learn quickly).
Ability to write engaging captions using provided SEO keywords and CTAs.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube titles, descriptions, and tags.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and data tracking, including Google Analytics and UTMs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to document processes into SOPs with written and Loom video guides.
Ability to plan content 1–2 months ahead and manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
Willingness to take feedback, be proactive, and continuously improve.
Ability to work the schedule 9:00am to 5:00pm Mountain St Time (time-zone), part-time 20 hours per week.
