About the role
- Develop and coordinate a global marketing strategy across the US and Europe
- Create a scalable demand generation engine and multi-channel acquisition strategies focused on the US market
- Guide brand and narrative development, collaborating with external brand and PR agencies
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to design and deliver regional go-to-market strategies
- Develop, mentor and grow a dedicated marketing team
- Support data-informed decision making using analytics and ROI metrics
- Ensure marketing compliance by embedding regulatory standards into strategies and campaigns
- Report to the CEO and work within a collaborative company of ~250 people
- Work across multiple brands and markets including UK, US, and the Netherlands
Requirements
- Proven Marketing Leadership in insurtech, fintech, or spin-out insurtech brands (or high-growth SaaS)
- “T Shaped” Marketing Expertise with deep experience in performance marketing
- Strategic & hands-on ability to both set strategy and execute
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics and attribution
- Product Marketing experience launching and nurturing technology products
- Brand & narrative leadership experience defining positioning and market stories
- Familiarity with regulated environments and marketing compliance
- Experience mentoring and developing marketing teams
- Preferable: background in Insurtech or On-Demand Economy
