Chief Marketing Officer

• Develop and coordinate a global marketing strategy across the US and Europe
• Create a scalable demand generation engine and multi-channel acquisition strategies focused on the US market
• Guide brand and narrative development, collaborating with external brand and PR agencies
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to design and deliver regional go-to-market strategies
• Develop, mentor and grow a dedicated marketing team
• Support data-informed decision making using analytics and ROI metrics
• Ensure marketing compliance by embedding regulatory standards into strategies and campaigns
• Report to the CEO and work within a collaborative company of ~250 people
• Work across multiple brands and markets including UK, US, and the Netherlands
