• Drive network growth in your territory by securing new Parcel Locker locations
• Promote InPost services and communicate environmental and economic benefits to independent business operators
• Drive and own the sales pipeline from lead qualification to contract negotiation and signing
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with Landlords, Asset Managers & Property Managers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and personal goals
• Use a combination of warm leads and self-generated leads to close sales

• Be first line of contact for all InPost locker and shop landlords
• Manage own caseload of landlord enquiries and complaints assigned by manager
• Train InPost Shop landlords to ensure parcels are processed accurately and timely
• Use daily reporting to track compliance issues at InPost shops and report underperforming locations
• Collaborate with Network Health team to resolve technical issues at lockers as landlord point of contact
• Liaise with logistics to resolve access issues and refusals at InPost locations

• Hold responsibility for the final stage of the pipeline: sign offs and go lives for lockers
• Ensure lockers are signed off and go live on the network accurately and without delay
• Follow up with contractors for revisits and parts as required
• Collaborate closely with Network Health on failed go lives
• Be a direct liaison between contractors and external stakeholders
• Manage how many deals are waiting for sign off in independents and chain pipelines
• Manage go live and failed go live processes, ensuring all geocoding on Console is correct
• Keep data in Pipedrive clean and up to date for reporting and analysis
• Perform technical analysis of works undertaken by contractors
• Use contractor issue logs to record and resolve contractor queries
• Work closely with Implementation Managers, Independent Operations Specialists, Partnerships and Network Health
• Continuously improve systems and processes to become 'network experts'

• A hands on field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client’s sites, task include Break-fix, Maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors. Actively involved in developing new solutions and maintaining technical documentation.
• What you’ll be doing: Diagnosing and repairing faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines, including implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency. Diagnostics, reconfiguration, and installation of computer software or firmware for computer, electronic, and electromechanical equipment, ensuring compatibility and security compliance. Processing and reporting on assigned repairs using communication channels utilised within the organisation Managing tools and components for parcel locker machines. Handling systems for managing personnel-related matters. Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors ensuring adherence to technical standards, contractual agreements, and company guidelines Providing technical and substantive support to employees and subcontractors (including international ones) via communication and IT channels used within the company. Participating in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines. Preparing and updating technical manuals and documentation.
