About the role

  • Be first line of contact for all InPost locker and shop landlords
  • Manage own caseload of landlord enquiries and complaints assigned by manager
  • Train InPost Shop landlords to ensure parcels are processed accurately and timely
  • Use daily reporting to track compliance issues at InPost shops and report underperforming locations
  • Collaborate with Network Health team to resolve technical issues at lockers as landlord point of contact
  • Liaise with logistics to resolve access issues and refusals at InPost locations

  • Ability to pick up new processes quickly
  • Excellent communication and call handling skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Contact Centre experience preferred but not essential
  • Zendesk and Pipedrive experience preferred but not essential
