About the role
- Play a vital role in US growth as a pioneer and support implementation of Innovamat in schools.
- Be the Math Success specialist: accompany and train teachers who carry out Innovamat in the classroom.
- Hold classroom sessions (observations and modeling) with and for teachers as part of the curriculum's application.
- Organize regular meetings, detect training needs, define success paths, and resolve educational questions.
- Conduct product demonstrations that are hands-on and math-focused.
- Build a strong community of math educators across Los Angeles and manage stakeholder relationships throughout implementation.
- Carry out systematic monitoring of the process in the CRM and ensure continuity of the program across cycles.
- Travel frequently to schools and classrooms (30-50% travel) and navigate early-stage market constraints as part of a small team.
Requirements
- A strong training in math and teaching.
- Great if you have experience as a math teacher in elementary school.
- A passion to bring cutting-edge research into the classroom and positively impact students and teachers.
- Expertise in creating meaningful relationships and generating opportunities with district-level administrators, or equivalent.
- A knack for speaking and connecting with teachers; educator-to-educator communication skills are fundamental.
- A hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset; able to build from scratch and think outside the box.
- An appetite to travel and visit schools and classrooms in your region (travel at least 30-50% of your workweek).
- Ability to carry impeccable, constant and systematic monitoring of the process in our CRM.
