About the role

  • Prospect relentlessly to generate new district relationships through outbound outreach and local presence
  • Run consultative first meetings uncovering needs and presenting Innovamat's approach to math
  • Partner with senior sales leaders and Math Success Managers to deliver demos and close partnerships
  • Represent Innovamat at conferences, host local events, and expand territory visibility
  • Own and execute a personal plan to exceed sales goals and drive new revenue

Requirements

  • Sales experience (preferred in education sales, especially NY/PA) OR proven hunger and resilience from another sales-intensive role
  • Competitive drive and resilience to rejection
  • Relationship-building instinct and curiosity about people
  • Entrepreneurial energy and comfort with ambiguity
  • Curiosity about education and willingness to learn pedagogy
  • Willingness to travel ~50%
  • Ability to prospect, open doors, and build pipeline
