About the role
- Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options
- Educate identified targets to ensure customer preparedness on patient identification
- Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact as defined in the SOW
- Ensure close collaboration with customer-facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate efforts across channels
- Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies and prioritize opportunities
- Implement strategic call plans and exhibit territory knowledge through customer analysis
- Engage HCPs by probing, answering questions (e.g., drug interactions, supply, high-risk eligibility), and customizing sales messages
- Maintain expert understanding of product, patient education, and market dynamics and use only approved promotional materials
- Guide retail pharmacy customer interfaces to support sales efforts
- Complete all call reporting and inventory recording responsibilities per SOW
- Balance study/certification time and maintain supplies, equipment, and records
- Prepare for and participate in required sales conferences, training, and compliance training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical/Medical Device Sales, Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner/Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles such as RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, Educator, Full Time Military experience)
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Urgent Care setting experience
- Willingness to travel
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
