Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options
Educate identified targets to ensure customer preparedness on patient identification
Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact as defined in the SOW
Ensure close collaboration with customer-facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate efforts across channels
Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies and prioritize opportunities
Implement strategic call plans and exhibit territory knowledge through customer analysis
Engage HCPs by probing, answering questions (e.g., drug interactions, supply, high-risk eligibility), and customizing sales messages
Maintain expert understanding of product, patient education, and market dynamics and use only approved promotional materials
Guide retail pharmacy customer interfaces to support sales efforts
Complete all call reporting and inventory recording responsibilities per SOW
Balance study/certification time and maintain supplies, equipment, and records
Prepare for and participate in required sales conferences, training, and compliance training
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical/Medical Device Sales, Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner/Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles such as RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, Educator, Full Time Military experience)
Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
Urgent Care setting experience
Willingness to travel
Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
