About the role

  • Drive technology solutions that enhance revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer experience, with Salesforce as the core platform.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing, sales, and service process improvements through technology.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clarity in requirements and solution delivery.
  • Own platform data models and ensure data integrity across Salesforce objects.
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of key features.
  • Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement.
  • Evaluate CRM enhancements for business impact and ROI; develop UAT plans and best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.
  • Support training efforts in collaboration with regional CRM leads and power users.
  • Measure and report on CRM performance and outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, CRM architecture, or related fields.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (Sales & Service Clouds; Experience/Commerce Cloud a plus).
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes in B2B manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Experience managing complex projects and change initiatives.
