- Drive technology solutions that enhance revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer experience, with Salesforce as the core platform.
- Identify opportunities for marketing, sales, and service process improvements through technology.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, CRM architecture, or related fields.
- Deep Salesforce expertise (Sales & Service Clouds; Experience/Commerce Cloud a plus).
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes in B2B manufacturing environments.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel.
