About the role
- Manage a team of revenue-accountable technical associates and lead/develop a high-performing technical pre-sales team
- Align technical strategy with business unit goals and execute hyperscaler strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Support revenue-generating initiatives through technical enablement
- Collaborate across teams to improve customer experience and solution delivery and foster cross-department collaboration
- Represent SD&S in strategic planning and partner engagements
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Requires a four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
- Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 4 years of position specific experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years of leadership experience
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage technical teams
- Understanding of hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
- Background in technical pre-sales, cloud strategy, or partner enablement is beneficial
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals preferred but not required
- Must be located in the United States (position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States)
- Ability to pass a drug test and successfully pass a post-offer background check
