About the role
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex support issues
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring support to team members

Requirements
- A four-year college degree (or additional experience in a related field)
- 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1 year position specific experience
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services
- Knowledge of migrating on-premise applications to the cloud
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiencies of CRM functionality and utilization
