About the role
- Work with project teams to solve real-time challenges across APAC companies through technology to enhance, enable and evolve
- Work alongside Asia-Pacific industry experts on complex projects and dynamic businesses
- Drive value for clients and develop core consulting skills
- Contribute to conceptualizing innovative solutions based on anticipated industry needs
- Support Functional initiatives (business analysis, project management, HR, organizational development, L&D) and Technical implementations (programming, data analysis, web development)
- Generate qualified leads via market research and client introductions to present business value
- Perform competitor analysis and ground intelligence to assist client engagements
- Prepare and deliver Word/Excel/PowerPoint presentations
- Design and perform exploratory data analysis to identify meaningful insights
- Potential placement areas: Technology Transformation, Digital Platforms (SAP/Oracle), Cloud Consulting, Financial Services & Insurance Consulting, AIFE (AI First and Experience), Workplace Transformation, Communication, Media and Technology
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from university or postgraduate programs
- Eligible for Bachelor graduate/master’s and those with less than 2 years of work experience
- Problem solving and creative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and strive to deliver excellent client experience
- Willingness to learn and genuine passion for technology
- Possess a growth mindset and keen to grow your career

- Functional roles: Ability to problem-solve, think critically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively (e.g., Business Analysis, Project Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development)
