Provide advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees across the employee lifecycle in line with policy, awards/agreements and legislation
Respond to stakeholder enquiries and seek advice on staff-related queries
Liaise with payroll, managers and employees to ensure timely processing of timesheets and resolution of pay-related matters
Review and update company position descriptions
Manage probation period reporting and NetSuite updates
Manage HR reporting as directed by the HR Manager
Monitor, review and update HR policies to ensure legislative compliance
Create HR-related letters for employees
Oversee all off-boarding activities, ensuring task completion and accurate notifications
Ensure residency and work-rights compliance documents are collected/stored and visa end dates monitored
Maintain HR profiles and accurate, timely data entry and systems processing
Participate in HR activities, process improvement initiatives and HR integration projects
Coordinate visa nominations and work with external immigration firm and managers/overseas applicants
Requirements
Graduate in Human Resources
Excellent business partnering skills; ability to persuade and influence business leaders
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)
Team player with interpersonal sensitivity
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work at a high pace
