About the role

  • Drive and grow the High‑Tech and Semiconductor business, defining strategy and business plans.
  • Lead strategic projects for High‑Tech clients to optimize operations and achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage client expectations and provide periodic reports and presentations to senior leadership and board members.
  • Manage and develop project teams; support hiring and coaching of consultants.
  • Partner across Infosys service lines (ADM, BPM, Engineering) and sales teams to ensure alignment in sales and delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor P&L performance, and create financial models, forecasts, and investment cases for semiconductor ventures.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 4 years in the High-Tech and/or semiconductor industry
  • Previous experience within a consulting organisation, mentoring and guiding teams of consultants under direct leadership
  • Proven track record of achievement in delivering consulting and technology services
  • Strong experience in driving digital, AI, Industry 4.0, supply chain and/or cyber security transformation programs
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed environment
  • Understanding of High-Tech and/or semiconductor industry, manufacturing and supply chain
  • Comfortable working at executive level within complex organisations and building credibility with stakeholders
  • Good presentation skills and experience presenting to large groups
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as needed
