About the role

  • Manage all operations processes to our Retail stores;
  • Fully ownership of goods flow during the shipping season, to maximise the selling period;
  • Work closely with internal departments: allocators, buying and merchandising team to ensure timely delivery of goods;
  • Maintain a strong connection with store staff, keep stores informed about goods movements, coordinate order tracking and store-to-store transfers;
  • Daily update of planning sheets to ensure stores have accurate shipping/tracking information;
  • Provide warehouse with weekly/monthly delivery forecasting, work closely to plan Outbound and seasonal returns;
  • Daily contact with our warehouse to ensure orders and returns are processed in a timely manner;
  • Present delivery updates and shipping reports for new season launches in weekly meetings;
  • To be able to challenge numbers and information delivered from reports and spot mistakes immediately;
  • Identify, analyse and implement improvements to processes and ways of working to drive productivity

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience, preferably in a related industry, logistics or related areas;
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Positive hands-on and pro-active attitude;
  • Ability to work on own initiative;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
