About the role

  • Drive significant growth across brand, data and media owner business throughout North America and collaborate closely with leadership.
  • Build and manage a substantial book of business and advance sales across North America.
  • Engage senior-level contacts through compelling, value-based presentations and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Navigate technical intricacies of enterprise software sales, close deals, and handle complex sales cycles in agency and brand-direct environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure customer success and drive product adoption.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking, product and go-to-market strategies, and continuous improvement focused on customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience (5+ years preferred) within the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem in North America, specifically with a strong track record in data, platform, or SaaS businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including ad tech, media buying, campaign optimization and measurement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex sales cycles within the agency operations and brand direct environments.
  • Foundational knowledge and keen interest in emerging technologies related to data collaboration, identity resolution, and privacy-centric solutions.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about identifying customer challenges and developing innovative, sales-led solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute to product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure customer success and drive product adoption.
