Provide guidance including creating process documentation, answer questions, etc to team members who will serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns & projects
Manage the day to day of team members monitoring work load & assigning projects and accounts
Manage a team of individuals who will perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring brand campaign setup & fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like; branner setup across various systems, campaign updates campaign performance monitoring, forecasting, & optimizations, etc.
Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve brand campaign issues & identify recommendations for process improvements
Create & maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists to share across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT
3-5 years experience managing brand campaigns, people & workload monitoring
Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency
Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience with any of the following platforms; Google Ad Manager (a necessary requirement for the position), AdDaptive, Xandr, Airtory, Zendesk, etc.
