About the role
- Convert customer legacy systems to Infinite Campus
- Design, develop, and maintain scripts to support data imports in the Data Conversion Dashboard
- Create new scripts for product features and enhancements
- Provide guidance to customers on exporting data from third-party systems
- Analyze and prioritize information and draw accurate conclusions from critical issues
- Ensure adherence to security guidelines when accessing production data
- Perform other technical duties as assigned
- Collaborate in small teams and communicate with customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Four-year degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- At least 3 years of SQL experience on Microsoft SQL Server
- At least 1 year of experience with a programming language such as Java, C++ or VB
- Strong relational database knowledge, particularly with large enterprise applications and complex data structures
- Extensive experience with data conversions across different platforms and formats
- Ability to quickly understand new systems and business processes from the customer’s perspective
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
- Prior experience in education-related technology or infrastructure (preferred)
- Adherence to security guidelines when accessing production data
