Ensure that the proprietary MS-SQL based enterprise business solution developed by Medlogix is supported to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency
Monitor logs for alerts, errors and aging workflows that require analysis and resolution
Monitor automated processes including data imports and exports
Monitor user incident reports for prioritization and resolution
Troubleshoot issues from logs and user incident reports
Define, develop, and provide application problem analysis and resolution services for complex application problems in conjunction with the users
Provide suggestions for system and business improvements
Collaborate with PMO and business leads to manage application configuration based on the evolving needs of clients
Manage new client configurations via interfaces and scripting as required
Manage existing interfaces and design new application support interfaces
Import new data sets based on subscriptions with external partners/vendors
Document workflows and produce process flow diagrams to aid future troubleshooting and development
Support procedures and knowledgebase to aid future troubleshooting and development
Requirements

T-SQL skills
Office 365 skills including SharePoint and Visio
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to read and understand C#, JavaScript and/or PowerShell preferred
Understanding of change and release management preferred
Ability to solve complex technical problems
Knowledge of T-SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Ability to collaborate within a team environment and discuss issues and solutions
Ability to identify data patterns or issues and problem solve with developers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience or certifications
2+ Years Application Support experience
Experience analyzing data with SQL
Experience working with C#, or similar OOP language, JavaScript preferred but not required
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Now preferred
