Account Executive

• Responsible for negotiating and converting prospects into paying clients via a consistent consultative sales approach
• Prospect SME (small to medium enterprise) organizations and establish relationships with key stakeholders at the company via omnichannel outreach
• Qualify prospects utilizing a strong understanding of InEvent's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and mastering industry-specific use cases
• Keep detailed records of sales outreach in all InEvent operating systems including PipeDrive, Hubspot, Wingman, and Warfare
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual targets are achieved by maximizing inbound leads but also prospect outbound as and when required
• Build strong social networks via consistent, valuable, and relevant content and conversation pieces on LinkedIn

• Work closely with our Marketing Manager to deliver experiences that inspire, qualify, and motivate our customers and prospects to invest in a deeper partnership with InEvent.
• Develop, communicate, and execute a strategy with ambitious goals that elevate our brand reputation in the marketplace, generate pipeline, and accelerate deal cycles.
• Stay ahead of the curve of industry trends and performance through competitive analysis and market research, transforming insights into strategy pillars.
• Drive brand affinity and create customer advocates through a focus on customer-first experiences and translating our values to our events and communities.
• Oversee planning for personalized experiences that create deeper engagement with our top accounts and hot prospects.
• Manage an end-to-end lead process that effectively creates and advances opportunities.
• Build effective collaboration processes with all departments responsible for supporting the execution of our experiences.
• Work alongside the team as a player-coach, comfortable and willing to execute down to the smallest detail.
• Spearhead events budgeting and reporting, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing company costs.
• Coordinating transportation/shipment of goods, including selecting which methods, timing of shipment, and/or amending shipments to meet arrival dates and obtain the best price.
• Representing the company, providing product knowledge for demonstrations, and filing applications.

Event Internship

Inside Sales

• Identify and source relevant RFP opportunities from multiple channels and assess their alignment with company strategy
• Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals in collaboration with internal teams
• Customize proposals to address client needs, industry context, and specific evaluation criteria
• Conduct structured follow-ups with clients and coordinate demo scheduling and engagement activities
• Maintain RFP documentation, improve proposal templates, and contribute to continuous process enhancements

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the InEvent platform and services to assist clients with questions while constantly suggesting the best solution and course of action for their project(s)
• Review client concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the client experience with the company
• Constantly promote the value of the InEvent platform and upselling through customer/client experience
• Grow and expand clients platform usage within their organization
• Suggest optimization of existing processes within all Customer Success initiatives
• Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers when collaborating on the biggest Enterprise accounts from your portfolio
