About the role

  • Collaborate with Marketing to establish brand standards/guides (internal and external) adapting to demands as needed to ensure relevance and competitive advantage.
  • Assist in the development of branded digital (PowerPoint, social media, etc.) and print templates (case studies, brochures, one-pagers, etc.), updating as needed.
  • Design and produce collateral (brochures, one-pagers, infographics, etc.) and high-quality digital assets (graphics, videos, ads, and interactive media) for use across multiple channels (websites, social media, campaigns, events, product launches, and presentations).
  • Enhance PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency and visual appeal, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain marketing library and drive organization to catalog, archive, and distribute assets efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, outdated content, and opportunities for repurposing.
  • Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.
  • Convert assets into appropriate formats for various platforms and audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party marketing partners to support marketing deliverables as needed.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all distribution channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
  • Report to the Sr. Marketing Specialist and collaborate closely with Technology team and Business Development leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or digital media production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of file formats and metadata standards.
  • Experience with digital platforms including LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email marketing tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and technical content creation (preferred).
  • Experience supporting brand refreshes or website redesigns (preferred).
  • Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles (preferred).
