- You will be part of the technical team responsible for the point of contact with our clients
- Assist new clients throughout the integration process
- Help clients get the most out of our technology
- Analyze, correct, and report on different issues detected in the production environment
Requirements
- Experience as a Level 2 Support Technician
- Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production
- Operations in databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with Linux (terminal)
- Ability to interpret server, application, and web logs
- Experience with user interaction
- Ability to understand code developed by others
- Defining improvements for the platform
- 100% remote work
