About the role
- Lead AMS support activities, monitor deliverables, prioritize requests and ensure the quality of support services.
- Provide feedback and guidance to the team, supervise task execution, and ensure deadlines and established standards are met.
Requirements
- Experience leading requests, providing feedback, tracking deliverables and supervising activities;
- Knowledge of IT service management and monitoring support/service metrics;
- Experience in customer service;
- Logic and Information Systems;
- ITIL framework;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology;
- Knowledge of Business Processes;
- Intermediate or advanced English;
- Desirable functional knowledge in: SAP (MM, PP, FI, CO, HR, SuccessFactors);
- Soft skill: Good communication;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Sense of urgency and prioritization
