About the role Prospect and convert qualified leads from INDEVCO North American Marketing Team Input activities, leads, contacts and opportunities into the CRM system Forecasting, reporting and competitor profiling Proactively search, identify and obtain business opportunities with new and existing customers Cold-calling potential customers for industrial and consumer packaging (high volume daily) Visit B2B manufacturing operations to provide product offerings and value-added solutions Work with R&D and Management to identify and design customer-based solutions Utilize market and customer research to build product value propositions Share market knowledge with SC&L team and monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors Understand, assess, and communicate technical product attributes and company capabilities Complete the sales cycle and manage customer relationships, addressing complaints and service improvements Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Operations) to improve customer experience Follow up communication via telephone, written materials and email; plan and prepare for outside sales calls Use CRM consistently to accurately forecast territory bookings, prepare proposals, and provide plant tours Requirements Must have a firm understanding of CRM systems Sales Experience with coated and laminated products Leadership and Team Skills Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Skills Written & Verbal Communication Excellent Time Management Results Oriented Performance Driven Business Knowledge Analytical and Financial Skills 5+ years sales experience, or 2+ years of specific sales experience in laminated and coated Industrial/Consumer Packaging Familiarity and understanding of folding carton, industrial packaging, steel and roll packaging for coated and laminated products BS or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing (preferred) At least 70% travel required Valid driver’s license required Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
