Work with decision makers and other stakeholders in US State, Local and Federal agencies to actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
Collaborate internally with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams.
Plan, organize, and lead sales growth, penetrate new and under-served accounts, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain account plans and execute sales strategies aligned with account plans.
Manage State, Local and Federal procurement and contracting processes.
Meet or exceed sales objectives and build/maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
Communicate technical understanding of Cognyte’s offerings and engage pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and senior management as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven work experience in SLED and Federal Sales.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Excellent Presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent English
Experience with sales techniques and tools.
Previous experience working with Law Enforcement, Financial and Cyber Investigations teams.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and manage State, Local and Federal procurement and contracting processes.
US Citizenship Required.
