Requirements
8+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing complex business agreements in a large technology organization with top-tier technology partners
Demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions and driving organizational strategy
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Strong financial acumen—able to interpret financial statements, build operating P&Ls, and model strategic deals
Proven track record of creating strategy and leading execution in ambiguous, fast-moving, startup-like environments
Advanced contractual skills and experience structuring and negotiating multi-million dollar commercial agreements
Experience leading cross-functional deal execution with Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and senior management
Ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional judgment and executive presence; ability to earn trust quickly

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
