Senior Talent Partner

Performance Marketing

• You'll own paid media end-to-end for a roster of brands that take performance seriously.
• You'll lead paid media strategy across every channel that matters: audience planning, budget allocation, funnel design, and campaign architecture.
• You'll take a client brief and turn it into a media plan that holds up under pressure.
• You own performance, not just oversight. You'll also be the client's primary contact.

Senior Paid Media Manager

Video Editor

• Edit short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) footage into finished cuts, from selects through to final export.
• Sequence, pace, and structure raw footage into a narrative that holds attention in the first three seconds and lands the message.
• Colour grade for consistency across a campaign and across delivery formats and platforms.
• Design thumbnails, social graphics, digital banners, and ad creative that pair with the video work.
• Keep fonts, colours, logo usage, and visual treatment consistent across every video edit and static asset for a given client.
• Partner with paid media and strategy on creative built to be tested, iterated, and scaled.
• Set the quality bar for integrated creative work and hold it under deadline pressure.
• Review and uplift the work of junior designers and editors, giving specific, actionable feedback.

Performance Creative – Designer, Video Editor

Account Executive

• Handle and close inbound leads across global markets.
• Run discovery, scoping, and closing calls with senior marketing decision-makers.
• Match each prospect to the right Fieldtrip solution across influencer, paid media, creative, and SEO.
• Help build outbound pipeline using tools like Apollo and similar outreach platforms.
• Build and manage cadences and sequences as the outbound motion develops.
• Use technology, automation, and AI to streamline your workflow and work efficiently.
• Keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline clean at all times.

Creative Strategist

• Audit, consolidate, and rebuild inBeat's operational systems across 7 delivery functions: UGC, Video Editing, Design, Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy & Copywriting, Paid Media, and Project Management
• Build and lead a team of 2–3 Operations Managers embedded across those delivery functions
• Design and implement scalable workflows, documentation, and tooling that grow with the team.
• Own and standardize inBeat's operational tech stack (Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, Make/N8N/Zapier, Claude, Fathom, G-Suite), making clear what tools we use, how we use them, and where
• Work closely with department leads (UGC, PM, Performance Creative, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, Video Editing, Design) to understand their operational pain points and translate them into systems that solve real problems
• Build intake, handoff, QA, and escalation processes that keep 100+ team members aligned without requiring constant management overhead
• Create documentation and training resources that make new hires faster to onboard and easier to get up to speed
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the delivery org before they become fires

Head of Creative Operations

• Create short-form and long-form videos from creative briefs & storyboards for social media, ads, and digital campaigns (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
• Create supporting graphic assets (thumbnails, overlays, end cards, captions)
• Apply strong pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
• Follow brand guidelines and implement feedback accurately
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work closely with creative strategists, producers, and team leads
• Organize project files and maintain clean, scalable workflows

Freelance Video Editor

• Lead the creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts — from brief through execution.
• Conduct performance driven research, and continuously optimize messaging and briefing based on data from the ad platforms & competitor monitoring.
• Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior.
• Write (and guide) strong copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance.
• Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment.
• Mentor and support junior creatives, helping them elevate execution and develop strategic thinking.
• Present creative ideas and directions to clients and internal teams with clarity and conviction.
• Translate performance data and qualitative feedback into actionable creative improvements.
