• Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns from creator sourcing to final delivery
• Identify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit
• Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Ensure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Work closely with and manage UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality execution, strong campaign outcomes, and timely delivery

Senior Creator Marketing Manager

Controller

• Own the month-end close across all entities, with a target of business day 10
• Run payroll across Canadian and US entities, including all remittances, year-end filings, and platform administration (Deel and equivalent)
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across CAD and USD

Graphics Designer

• Design landing page wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for service-based and eCommerce clients, optimized for conversion
• Translate campaign briefs, offer structures, and audience insights into clear visual hierarchies — hero sections, benefit blocks, social proof, CTAs
• Build responsive page designs (desktop + mobile) following direct response best practices: above-the-fold clarity, scannable layouts, friction-reducing form design
• Create design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma to accelerate page production across client accounts
• Deliver organized, developer-ready Figma files with proper naming conventions, auto-layout, and clear spacing/typography specs
• Iterate on existing landing pages based on A/B test results and performance data — not just aesthetic preferences
• Design static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Performance Max campaigns across multiple formats and placements
• Produce scroll-stopping visuals that balance brand consistency with direct response performance — bold headlines, clear value propositions, strong CTAs
• Create ad creative variations for A/B testing: different hooks, layouts, color treatments, and copy arrangements
• Work from creative briefs and campaign strategies to produce assets that align with funnel stage (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
• Maintain a library of ad templates and design assets for rapid iteration across client accounts
• Understand platform-specific requirements: safe zones, text density guidelines, aspect ratios, and format specs for each placement
• Proactively pitch layout concepts, creative angles, and visual approaches based on what’s converting in paid media
• Advise on landing page structure and content hierarchy based on direct response principles and conversion data
• Analyze competitor landing pages and ad creatives — bring data-backed design recommendations to the table
• Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure creative output is aligned with campaign objectives and audience targeting
• Understand the difference between brand-first and performance-first design, and tailor outputs accordingly
• Work closely with the paid media specialists, strategists, and account managers to align design output with campaign performance goals
• Meet turnaround deadlines with consistent quality, volume, and communication

Influencer Marketing

• Develop influencer and content strategies for assigned accounts, translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans.
• Own the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.
• Lead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria (fit, reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing), and build structured creator pipelines.
• Approve influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, and course-correct when needed.
• Monitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign-up goals, adjusting creator mix and formats based on results.
• Lead negotiations on deliverables, rates, and standard usage rights within approved budgets.
• Maintain clean, accurate Airtable records and use them as the source of truth for pitching and execution.

Influencer Marketing Manager

• Lead PM Team Performance & Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of Project Managers and Senior PMs. Run regular performance reviews with clear expectations and KPIs. Quickly identify strong vs. weak performers, coach talent, and take action when needed. Build a strong, accountable PM team where ownership is the standard.
• Own Delivery Execution & Accountability: Ensure every account has a clearly accountable PM with defined timelines and ownership. Hold PMs accountable for on-time delivery, proactive communication, and timely escalation. Step in when delivery is at risk and ensure PMs own outcomes, not just coordinate tasks.
• Build & Refine PM Systems: Create and optimize PM systems using ClickUp, Notion, and Airtable (workflows, KPI dashboards, tracking). Ensure systems drive accountability and clarity across tasks, timelines, and ownership—not just documentation.
• Manage Resource Planning & Team Capacity: Own PM team capacity across all accounts. Ensure proper allocation of time, talent, and seniority. Anticipate hiring needs based on pipeline growth and workload demands.
• Drive Escalation Identification & Coordination: Ensure delivery risks are surfaced early and consistently. Maintain clear visibility on at-risk accounts, active issues, and breakdown patterns. Ensure escalations are well-documented, structured with context, and routed effectively to the Head of Client Services.
• Develop PM Training & Standards: Build onboarding and training programs for PMs. Define what "being a great PM" looks like at inBeat. Level up the team's ability to own projects, communicate clearly, and drive results.
• Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Head of Client Services (escalations + feedback loops), Account Management (handoffs and expectations), Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy, Paid Media, and Ops teams to ensure seamless execution and no gaps in ownership.
