• Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard developers to our ventures ecosystem, driving growth and retention.
• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with key influencers, developers, and decision-makers in the developer community.
• Write, ship, and maintain technical resources (tutorials, starter kits, documentation, sample codes) that make building DeFi applications simpler and faster.
• Create engaging content across formats - memes, threads, blog posts - positioning our venture as the go-to place.
• Run high-signal developer activations through workshops, hackathons, and grants programs that transform ideas into live DeFi projects.
• Identify and engage high-potential developer communities, refining outreach strategies and messaging to grow awareness and encourage developer participation.
• Work with engineering to eliminate developer pain points, improve infrastructure, and overall contribute to the product roadmap.
• Attend online and offline events to promote the platform, network with developers, and gather insights on industry trends and tech community needs.

• Lead Marketing Analyst responsible for On-Chain Data Analysis using Advanced SQL.
• Develop expertise in GTM (Server-Side) and GA4 to bridge off-chain to on-chain conversion data.
• Build real-time analytics and visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Utilize AI & Social Intelligence tools for data collection and analysis.
• Perform Data Science & Forecasting tasks using Python or R.
