• Partner directly with the Chief Risk Officer to define organizational strategy, long-term priorities, and execution plans across the Risk organization.

• Own process end-to-end, from problem definition and roadmap prioritization through shipping, measurement, and iteration
• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across your domain by going deep on customer behavior, partner needs, and business data, then build solutions that scale across Imprint's partner programs and products
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to make thoughtful tradeoffs between customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and partner requirements

General Counsel

• Serve as the go-to legal advisor for day-to-day questions from the product and engineering teams on new features and builds that affect disclosures, data sharing, or the customer experience.

• Own the credit risk strategy, underwriting parameters, and ongoing optimization of new acquisition channels, including affiliates (Credit Karma, NerdWallet, Doctor Of Credit), invitation-to-apply emails, paid social, display, direct mail, and instant prescreens
• Define targeting strategies and risk criteria for each channel in partnership with credit policy, risk, data science, and marketing teams, ensuring acquisition quality meets portfolio standards
• Partner with data science and credit risk to influence targeting models, evaluate credit performance by channel, and refine acquisition criteria based on early portfolio signals
• Build business cases and ROI analyses that connect application volume to credit outcomes, including approval rates, expected losses, contribution profit, LTV, CAC, and LTV-to-CAC ratios
• Monitor channel-level credit performance post-launch, identifying early warning signals and adjusting targeting or risk parameters as needed

Credit Strategy Manager

• Own go-to-market end to end. Lead the strategy and execution for a product or segment across positioning, messaging, buyer research, launch, and enablement. You set the plan and you ship it.
• Develop the positioning and narrative. Define what each product is, who it's for, and why a brand should choose us over a legacy bank or a point solution. Tie the products into one story about growing customer lifetime value, so we sell a platform rather than a set of features.
• Create market-making moments. Identify the launches, data, and campaigns that put Imprint in the conversation and drive differentiation, then build and run them so they land.
• Partner across the product lifecycle. Work closely with Engineering to influence what gets built and how it's priced and packaged, then carry it through launch and into adoption.
• Enable the field. Build the decks, one-pagers, case studies, and talk tracks that our partnerships team and founders use to win, and keep them sharp as the product set grows.
• Own competitive intelligence. Tear down how legacy issuers and newer players position themselves, run win/loss analysis, and feed what you learn back into our messaging and our roadmap.
• Build the proof. Partner with our customers and our data team to turn real results into numbers and stories the market can trust, the kind a prospect can verify and a partner will repeat.

Founding Product Marketer

• Own the narrative engine. Turn our positioning into bylines, posts, decks, talking points, and the occasional category-defining manifesto under the CEO's name. You draft fast and in our voice, not in boilerplate.
• Build founder and executive profiles. Get our CEO and a few leaders in front of the right audiences: podcasts, stages, the lists worth being on, and a steady drumbeat on social that sounds like a person. You'll know which opportunities matter and which are noise.
• Manufacture moments. An investor day. A product reveal. A launch with a partner everyone recognizes. You'll help conceive these and run them end to end so they land.
• Start a media franchise. Recurring, reportable output, original data and charts journalists pull from on a schedule.
• Run press yourself. Build real relationships with reporters covering fintech, payments, retail, and AI, and pitch them stories worth their time. No agency middle layer.
• Measure what works. Share of voice, inbound from partners and recruits, the quality of who's now paying attention. Track honestly, double down on what moves.

• Own Imprint's API Platform — the surface partners use to embed our functionality directly into their products.
• Define the strategy and ship the platform.
