About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of partner implementations
- Ensure brand partners have a seamless experience throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners
- Own technical relationships with partners
- Lead delivery of new features, capabilities, and product expansions for existing partner programs
- Translate partner and business goals into project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Manage initiatives from initial scoping through testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization
- Build and maintain delivery timelines and status reporting
- Serve as primary delivery point of contact for partner stakeholders and internal teams
- Align product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market functions to meet milestones
- Build trusted relationships with partner teams and internal leadership
- Work with Lead Solutions Engineers to define integration scope and troubleshoot technical issues
- Guide partners through APIs, payment processing flows, and operational dependencies
- Develop working understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and payments ecosystem
- Build and refine delivery processes, frameworks, and reporting
- Leverage AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and champion adoption
- Partner with product and engineering teams on delivery priorities, partner feedback, and scalable integration solutions
- Identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues with context and recommended solutions
- Contribute to delivery playbooks and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery
- Meaningful experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with a structured and analytical approach
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment processing, card networks, ACH, and related systems
- Experience working directly with external partners or clients during technical implementations
- Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering teams and commercial conversations with partner stakeholders
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to present clearly to executive stakeholders
- High level of ownership and ability to proactively drive priorities, unblock teams, and push programs to completion
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to explore emerging technologies
- Experience in co-branded credit card programs or card issuing/processing is a plus
- Collaborative mindset, problem-solving approach, and strong attention to detail
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work from the NYC or SF office 2–3 days a week
