About the role
- Lead external and customer-focused professional education programs and initiatives to drive adoption of Imperative Care products
- Work with KOLs, product managers and sales professionals to train on use of technology and fit to customer clinical needs
- Set up and facilitate field-based trainings for physicians or sales workforce
- Identify, allocate and manage internal and external support and resources required to deliver training programs
- Partner within cross-functional teams to drive education activities, meetings and events
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and sales to ensure training aligns with strategic priorities
- Develop strategy and content for education programs based on targeted audience and articulate education strategy to sales and marketing leadership
- Create and analyze program metrics, measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for new training
- Develop, foster and maintain internal and external partnerships (KOL network, VOC, product managers, HCPs, sales reps)
- Participate in sales conventions, society meetings, forums, symposia, educational and scientific programming meetings
- Travel as needed for trainings and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- minimum of 8 years of experience in design and administration of education programs in the medical device industry, including sales training programs; or a combination of education/training and experience
- Solid background in Peripheral Vascular (PV) or related areas like neurovascular or cardiology
- Clinical background (cath lab, nurse, etc.), or strong PV sales skills preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
- Ability to travel
- Proven product knowledge in business area
- Valid driver's license
