About the role

  • Lead external and customer-focused professional education programs and initiatives to drive adoption of Imperative Care products
  • Work with KOLs, product managers and sales professionals to train on use of technology and fit to customer clinical needs
  • Set up and facilitate field-based trainings for physicians or sales workforce
  • Identify, allocate and manage internal and external support and resources required to deliver training programs
  • Partner within cross-functional teams to drive education activities, meetings and events
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and sales to ensure training aligns with strategic priorities
  • Develop strategy and content for education programs based on targeted audience and articulate education strategy to sales and marketing leadership
  • Create and analyze program metrics, measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for new training
  • Develop, foster and maintain internal and external partnerships (KOL network, VOC, product managers, HCPs, sales reps)
  • Participate in sales conventions, society meetings, forums, symposia, educational and scientific programming meetings
  • Travel as needed for trainings and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • minimum of 8 years of experience in design and administration of education programs in the medical device industry, including sales training programs; or a combination of education/training and experience
  • Solid background in Peripheral Vascular (PV) or related areas like neurovascular or cardiology
  • Clinical background (cath lab, nurse, etc.), or strong PV sales skills preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
  • Ability to travel
  • Proven product knowledge in business area
  • Valid driver's license
