Present work persuasively to executives and cross-functional teams; explain the why behind design decisions and trade-offs
Plan and conduct research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, heuristic and IA evaluations); turn findings into actionable insights
Design information architecture (navigation, sitemaps, taxonomy/labeling) and validate via card/tree testing
Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore interactions and de-risk scope
Define and extend design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) with accessibility (WCAG 2.2) in mind
Partner with Project Managers and Engineering to refine scope, handle constraints, and ship high-quality experiences
Apply AI tools responsibly to accelerate research synthesis, explore design variations, and analyze feedback with privacy and anonymization best practices
Measure impact using agreed success criteria (task success, CSAT, conversion, support deflection)
Lead and contribute to design outcomes across client engagements; frame problems, facilitate discovery and testing, present recommendations, and help unblock teams
