About the role

Lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software projects on time and within scope
Facilitate Agile project management and communications (daily standups, project planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Maintain project roadmaps, ensuring clear priorities and alignment between teams and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and engagement
Optimize workflows, driving efficiency while maintaining flexibility in response to evolving needs
Serve as the primary point for client engagement and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish

2+ years of Agile project management experience in a software development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Development, Feature-Driven Development)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Trello, etc.)
Ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve the right problems, and make strategic decisions that drive value creation
Preferred: experience working in a client-facing role within an agency setting
Preferred: strong ability to translate business goals into actionable development tasks
Preferred: familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle
Preferred: proven success working remotely and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Must be located within the United States; employer unable to provide visa sponsorship
Availability to work Monday - Friday targeted between 8 AM and 5 PM CST
