About the role
- Own the strategy and delivery of core platform capabilities powering secure player experiences
- Own the product backlog, manage sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve speed, stability, and UX across registration, payments, and account services
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive platform experiences across web and mobile
- Lead delivery coordination across engineering, design, and operations, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Translate complex business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder engagement and technical requirements definition
- Rapidly onboard into existing systems and processes to maintain delivery momentum from day one
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management with digital platforms (payments, fraud prevention, account management, or gaming focus)
- Cross-functional leadership managing engineering, design, and operations teams
- UX/Design collaboration skills and experience in user experience optimization
- Technical solution mapping: translate business requirements into technical specifications and integrations
- Proven track record managing end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Agile expertise: sprint planning, backlog management, user story creation
- Tool proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and analytics tools
- Immediate availability and ability to rapidly integrate into fast-paced delivery environment
